  • 3 cups boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 4 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides (approximately 5 minutes per side). Allow to cool before chopping.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic, and chicken broth until smooth.
  4. Mix in the chopped chicken and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese and crushed corn flakes.
  6. Drizzle melted butter over the top and bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
