- 5 ½ cups powdered sugar, sifted

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a stand mixer, cream softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Melt white chocolate and fold it into the mixture.
- Gradually mix in sifted dry ingredients alternating with milk and vanilla extract until combined.

- For frosting, beat softened butter until fluffy, then gradually mix in powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and whipping cream.
