  • 6 Chicken quarters
  • ½ apple
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 2 inches ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 stalks green onion
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sweetener (sugar)
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  2. Coat chicken quarters in the marinade, cover, and let sit for at least 15 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place marinated chicken legs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), flipping halfway through.
