  • 12 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 large Onion, diced
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 (15-ounce) can Diced Tomatoes, with juice
  • 1 (15-ounce) can Tomato Sauce
  • ⅓ cup Tomato Paste
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounces Bowtie Pasta
  • ½ cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, shaved, shredded, or freshly grated
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large soup pot over medium-high heat. Sauté ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until browned.
  2. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Add uncooked bowtie pasta and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Adjust consistency by adding water or broth as desired.
  5. Serve hot with cheeses stirred in or on top; garnish with fresh parsley.
