  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 6 slices turkey slices
  • 6 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Italian bread crumbs, egg, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
