Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin pan.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Fill each muffin cup with the mixture and press lightly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze; spoon over each muffin.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F/71°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
