  • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 10 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 lemons (juiced)
  • 1 cup fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Spices: paprika, allspice, ground nutmeg, ground green cardamom, cayenne pepper (optional), salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Make the dill Greek yogurt sauce by blending minced garlic, fresh dill, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper in a food processor until smooth. Refrigerate.
  2. In a bowl, mix minced garlic from the marinade with paprika, allspice, nutmeg, cardamom, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Rub this mixture into the chicken thighs.
  3. Marinate the chicken with sliced onions and lemon juice for 2-4 hours.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill chicken thighs for about 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving with the dill yogurt sauce.
