Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring 240 ml of water to a boil. Stir in the granulated sugar until dissolved.
- Add frozen corn to the boiling water and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, sriracha, kosher salt, and lime salt (if using) until smooth.
