Ingredients
- 450 g wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 175 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 125 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 400 g butter
- 10 ml milk
- 350 g brown sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- 400 g ground hazelnuts (or walnuts/almonds)
- 400 g chopped nuts (or almonds)
- 6 tbsp apricot jam (or any other variety)
- 400 g dark chocolate coating
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine flour, sugar, eggs, butter, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Knead until smooth and roll out evenly on the baking sheet.
- Spread jam over the dough.
- In a pot, melt butter with milk and dissolve brown sugar before mixing in nuts and vanilla seeds.
