  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, egg (or applesauce), sugars, canola oil, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Whisk until well blended.
  3. In another bowl, mix salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour together. Gradually add this to the wet mixture until just combined.

  6. Bake for 10-13 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
