Ingredients
- 48 Oreo cookies
- 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- ½ tablespoon butter (room temperature)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 bags red candy melts (8 ounces each)
- 8 ounces green fondant (pre-made)
- 15 pretzel sticks
Instructions
- Pulse Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Mix in cream cheese, softened butter, and vanilla until fully combined.
- Chill the mixture in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Roll the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
- Create an indent at the top of each ball and insert broken pretzel sticks as stems.
- Freeze again for 20 minutes.
- Melt red candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted candy coating and add fondant leaves before they harden.
- Refrigerate until fully set (at least 20 minutes).
