  • 48 Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ½ tablespoon butter (room temperature)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 bags red candy melts (8 ounces each)
  • 8 ounces green fondant (pre-made)
  • 15 pretzel sticks

Instructions

  1. Pulse Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Mix in cream cheese, softened butter, and vanilla until fully combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  4. Roll the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
  5. Create an indent at the top of each ball and insert broken pretzel sticks as stems.
  6. Freeze again for 20 minutes.
  7. Melt red candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  8. Dip each truffle into the melted candy coating and add fondant leaves before they harden.
  9. Refrigerate until fully set (at least 20 minutes).
