Ingredients
- 16 oz uncooked orzo pasta
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 2 ears grilled corn
- 1 English cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- Fresh basil
- Olive oil and lemon juice for dressing
Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together olive oil, red apple vinegar, lemon juice, herbs, sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a jar.
