  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups pecan halves

Instructions

  2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda; gradually add to wet ingredients on low speed until incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in the pecan halves using a spatula.
  5. Chill dough covered for about 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  6. Form dough into 1.25-inch balls and place on prepared sheets with space in between.
  7. Bake for approximately 8 minutes or until edges are slightly golden brown. Optionally sprinkle sea salt on top right after baking.
