  • 4 slices fresh pineapple
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Broil pineapple slices until golden brown to enhance sweetness.

  5. Pour half of the ginger sauce over the seared beef and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes until desired doneness.
  6. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serve topped with broiled pineapple slices.
