  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  3. Add minced garlic and sauté briefly before adding chicken cubes. Season with salt and pepper; cook until browned.
  4. Stir in diced red bell pepper and ginger; cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add jasmine rice and chicken broth; stir well and add soy sauce.
  6. Incorporate cubed pineapple; bring to a boil then reduce heat to low, covering the skillet.
  7. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until rice is cooked through.
  8. Remove from heat; fluff rice with a fork before serving and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
