Ingredients
- 1½ cups long grain white rice
- 2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups milk
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine rice, cream of chicken or mushroom soup, milk, water, and onion soup mix until well mixed. Pour into the greased baking dish.
