- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp fine salt

- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, room temperature
- 1 cup coarse sanding sugar for decoration
- 30 large chocolate chips for decoration
- Round black sprinkles for decoration
- Round red or pink sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat unsalted butter, cream cheese, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla; mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them apart. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and cool on sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
