- 2 tablespoons agar-agar powder
Instructions
- Blend hulled strawberries with 1/2 cup water until smooth.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the strawberry puree and 1/2 cup sugar, stirring until dissolved.
- Add 1 tablespoon agar-agar powder to the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- For the lemonade layer, mix lemon juice, 1/2 cup water, and 1/4 cup sugar in another bowl; heat until sugar is dissolved. Add remaining agar-agar powder.
- Pour half of the strawberry mixture into a dish or cups; refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.
- Layer in the lemonade mixture, then top with remaining strawberry puree. Chill for at least two hours before serving.
