- 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust for spice level)
- 1 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, green onions, garlic, ginger, breadcrumbs, egg, and half of the Korean BBQ sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Brush with remaining BBQ sauce halfway through.
- While baking, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl until smooth.
