  • 1/2 lb lump crab meat (well-drained)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Pecorino cheese
  • 1 unit egg (beaten)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
