  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine beef stew meat with Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Toss until coated.
  2. Layer halved baby potatoes in the slow cooker base and drizzle with half of the melted butter and olive oil; sprinkle minced garlic on top.
  3. Place seasoned beef on top of potatoes and drizzle with remaining butter and olive oil.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
