Description

S’mores Seven Layer Bars are a decadent, easy-to-make dessert that captures the essence of classic s’mores without needing a campfire. These irresistible bars feature layers of crunchy graham crackers, gooey melted chocolate, and fluffy toasted marshmallows, making them perfect for any occasion—whether it’s a festive gathering, a cozy night in, or just because you’re craving something sweet.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup broken graham cracker pieces
  • 2 (1.55 oz) chocolate bars, broken into pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray or parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press evenly into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Spread sweetened condensed milk over the crust.
  4. Layer half of the mini marshmallows on top, followed by all chocolate chips and broken graham crackers.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with remaining mini marshmallows and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack; top with broken chocolate bars while still warm. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
