- 2 inches raw Turmeric (peeled) OR 1 tsp powdered turmeric
- 2–4 cloves peeled raw Garlic (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the raw ginger, turmeric, quartered lemons, quartered oranges, filtered water, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper in a high-powered blender until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a mesh strainer into a large bowl to remove pulp.
- Pour the strained liquid into a measuring cup and then transfer it to bottles using a small funnel.
