- 1 box stove top stuffing mix (any flavor)
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup milk
- ¾ cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine lean ground beef, stuffing mix, diced onion, eggs, and milk until well mixed.
- Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray and pack the mixture tightly into it. Flip onto the baking sheet for even cooking.
- Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes.
- While baking, mix ketchup and white vinegar to create the topping sauce.
- After 40 minutes, spread the sauce over the meatloaf and return it to the oven for an additional 10-30 minutes until reaching an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
