  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream or milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9” round cake pan with foil, spraying it generously with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, blend softened butter and sugar until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  3. Incorporate baking soda, salt, and cream of tartar before gradually blending in all-purpose flour.
