Ingredients
- 8 ounces spring mix
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup mandarin oranges
- 1/2 cup unsalted pecans
- 3.5 ounces crumbled goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup orange sparkling juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a large serving bowl, combine spring mix, strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, pecans, goat cheese, and green onions. Gently toss to mix.
