- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup steamed broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked basmati rice

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Crack the eggs gently into the pan and cook sunny-side up until whites are set and edges are crispy. Season with salt and pepper.
- In another pan, heat olive oil or ghee and sauté grated carrots until soft. Add cooked basmati rice, herbs, and spices; stir until heated through.
- Steam broccoli florets until bright green and tender (about 3–4 minutes).
- In a serving bowl, layer flavored rice at the bottom, followed by steamed broccoli, avocado slices, and fried eggs. Serve warm.
