  • 68 pineapple rings/slices
  • 4 cups romaine (chopped, washed, and dried)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1/4 red onion (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. Place the salmon on aluminum foil and grill alongside pineapple slices for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and slightly charred.
