  • 1 cup bread crumbs

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

  5. Pour half the sauce over the meatloaf and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Add remaining sauce and bake for an additional 45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
