  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ cup pineapple juice (preferably fresh)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  5. Bring everything to a gentle simmer for about 10 minutes to meld flavors.
  6. Cook rice according to package instructions. Serve the pineapple chicken mixture over rice.
