Ingredients
- 1/2 small seedless watermelon
- 4–5 kiwi fruit
- 1 tsp honey (or to taste)
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into chunks and blend until smooth to make about 2 cups of watermelon puree.
- Pour the watermelon puree into popsicle molds until they are 3/4 full and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Peel and chop the kiwi, then blend until smooth; add honey to taste to make about 1 cup of kiwi puree.
- Fill the remainder of the molds with kiwi puree, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
- To remove popsicles from molds, dip them briefly in warm water.
