Ingredients

  • 1/2 small seedless watermelon
  • 45 kiwi fruit
  • 1 tsp honey (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into chunks and blend until smooth to make about 2 cups of watermelon puree.
  2. Pour the watermelon puree into popsicle molds until they are 3/4 full and freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Peel and chop the kiwi, then blend until smooth; add honey to taste to make about 1 cup of kiwi puree.
  4. Fill the remainder of the molds with kiwi puree, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
  5. To remove popsicles from molds, dip them briefly in warm water.
