Ingredients
- 1 (1-pound) package premade sugar cookie dough
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 3–4 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces Cool Whip (at room temperature)
- 10 ounces raspberries (plus more as needed)
- 6 ounces blueberries (plus more as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a round glass pizza pan or a 9×13-inch pan.
- Press the sugar cookie dough into the pan until about 1/8 inch thick and pierce with a fork.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly golden; let cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip gently.
