  • 34 Tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip (at room temperature)
  • 10 ounces raspberries (plus more as needed)
  • 6 ounces blueberries (plus more as needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a round glass pizza pan or a 9×13-inch pan.
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough into the pan until about 1/8 inch thick and pierce with a fork.
  3. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly golden; let cool completely.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip gently.
  5. Spread half of the frosting over the cooled crust and top with fresh raspberries and blueberries as desired.
