- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 1 cup shredded Muenster cheese
- ½ cup roasted green chile peppers (chopped)
- 2 avocados (peeled and smashed)
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, warm the oil and cook the seasoned shrimp for about 4 minutes until done. Remove from heat.
- Butter one side of each tortilla generously.
- Spread smashed avocado evenly on the unbuttered side of each tortilla, then sprinkle with salt.
