  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 ounces whipped topping (tru whip or cool whip)
  • 6 ounces instant strawberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 quart strawberries, hulled and sliced

Instructions

  2. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 pan. Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool completely.
  3. In the clean food processor, blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the cooled pretzel crust.
  4. In a measuring cup, boil water in the microwave; add strawberry jello powder and stir until dissolved. Mix in sliced strawberries and let cool slightly before pouring over the cream layer.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator until set (about 4 hours). Cut into squares to serve.
