  • 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 Red Onion (Cut into rings)
  • 3 ounces Blue Cheese (crumbled)
  • 3 Tablespoons Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
  • 3 leaves Green Leaf Lettuce
  • 3 slices Tomato
  • 3 Sesame Seed Hamburger Buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill on high heat or heat a cast iron skillet on medium-high.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, blackened seasoning, crumbled blue cheese, and salt. Mix gently and form into three patties.
