Ingredients
- 225 g whole milk
- 30 g fresh yeast (or 10 g active dry yeast)
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 540 g all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 100 g butter (room temperature)
- 250 g blueberries
- 30 g cream cheese
- 120 g powdered sugar
Instructions
- Warm the milk to lukewarm and dissolve the fresh yeast in it.
- In a stand mixer, combine the yeast mixture with sugar, flour, eggs, and salt; mix until smooth.
- Incorporate butter gradually and knead until the dough is elastic.
- Allow the dough to rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- While rising, prepare the blueberry filling by simmering blueberries with sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and cinnamon until thickened.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the blueberry filling on top, roll it up tightly, and cut into rolls.
- Let them rise again before baking at 190ºC (375ºF) for about 22 minutes.
