- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg yolk

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet with oil for 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Set aside to cool.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté shallots until translucent. Add garlic and mushrooms; cook until liquid evaporates.
- Stir in heavy cream and parsley; cook for an additional 2 minutes before removing from heat to cool.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface. Spread half of the mushroom mixture in the center, place one chicken breast on top, and add remaining filling over the chicken.
- Fold pastry over, seal edges tightly, place seam-side down on a baking sheet, brush with egg yolk, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden.
