2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
12 corn tortillas
Extra virgin olive oil (for drizzling)
2 teaspoons dried parsley
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried chives
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
Crema, avocado, cabbage, and cilantro (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over high heat. Add ground chicken, onion, and poblano pepper; cook until browned.
Stir in tomato paste and spices; add water and simmer until thickened.
