  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and cooked shrimp.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
