  • 2 pounds croissants (day-old)
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
