- 1 box Strawberry Cake Mix
- 1 cup Guava Nectar or Juice
- 3 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Liquid Coconut Oil
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar (for topping)
- 1/2 cup Coconut Flakes (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the Strawberry Cake Mix, Guava Nectar, and Eggs until well blended. Add Liquid Coconut Oil and mix again.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan and bake for about 26 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool while preparing the cream cheese layer by beating together Cream Cheese, Granulated Sugar, and Vanilla Extract until smooth. Fold in the Cool Whip.
