- 2 pieces Dried Thai Chiles
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 cup Sweet Bell Peppers (red/orange)
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 cup Fresh Mushrooms (like Enoki or Oyster)
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
Instructions
