Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • Gel food coloring (pastel pink, blue, yellow, purple, etc.)
  • Whipped cream
  • Easter sprinkles (for decoration)
  • Mini chocolate eggs (or pastel candies)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  2. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Refrigerate the crust for at least 15 minutes while you prepare the filling.
  4. In another large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sweetened condensed milk; mix until fully combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until it’s smooth and fluffy.
  8. Divide the creamy filling evenly into four small bowls.
  9. Add a few drops of pastel gel food coloring to each bowl and mix until desired colors are achieved.
  10. Spoon dollops of each colored filling randomly into your prepared pie crust, layering different colors.
  11. Use a toothpick or skewer to gently swirl these colors together for a marbled effect.
  12. Place your completed pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to firm up properly.
  13. Before serving, top with whipped cream, sprinkle with Easter sprinkles, and add mini chocolate eggs for that extra festive flair.
