  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Brioche buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, red onions

Instructions

  1. Whisk together marinade ingredients (olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper).
  2. Cut chicken breasts into thin fillets and marinate in the mixture for 30 minutes to 24 hours.
