Ingredients

  • 4 cups Taylor Farms Power Green Kale Medley
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/3 cup Stonyfield Whole Milk Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon apricot puree or jam
  • 1 tablespoon apricot juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 grilled apricot slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Grill the salmon fillet for about 6-8 minutes per side until it flakes easily. Remove from heat and let rest.
