Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (keep attached)
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the entire slab of rolls horizontally without separating them.
- Place the bottom half on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over it. Cap with the top layer.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Parmesan (if using). Brush generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Allow to cool for 2 minutes before slicing between the rolls. Serve warm.
