Description

Instant Pot Glazed Corned Beef Sliders are a crowd-pleasing delight that brings together tender beef and a sweet-savory molasses glaze, making them perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/23 pound Corned Beef Brisket (Flat Cut)
  • 2 Tablespoons Yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Prepared horseradish
  • 2 Tablespoons Red apple vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Molasses
  • 3 slices Swiss Cheese (cut into fourths)
  • 12 Slider buns

Instructions

  1. Rinse the corned beef under cold water, then place it fat-side up in the Instant Pot. Sprinkle with seasoning packet and add 1 cup of cold water.
  2. Lock the lid in place and set to cook on high pressure for 80 minutes.
  3. While the beef cooks, whisk together yellow mustard, prepared horseradish, red apple vinegar, and molasses to create the glaze.
  4. After cooking, let the steam release naturally for 10 minutes before manually releasing any remaining steam.
  5. Remove the brisket from the pot, baste with glaze using a silicone brush, then broil in an oven preheated to 400°F for about 15 minutes, basting every five minutes.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain into chunks.
  7. Assemble sliders by placing beef on the bottom half of each bun, adding cheese, and optionally drizzling more glaze before topping with the other half of the bun.
