  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (white or apple cider)
  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce (shredded)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced dill pickle
  • 1 teaspoon sugar-free sweetener
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, vinegar, minced dill pickle, sweetener, and onion in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onion, and dill pickles.
  4. Top with the cooked beef mixture and shredded cheddar cheese.
