Ingredients
- 8 mozzarella cheese sticks (string cheese)
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups beef panko
Instructions
- Cut each mozzarella stick in half and set them aside.
- In three shallow bowls, place almond flour in one, whisk the eggs in another, and put beef panko in the third.
- Coat each cheese stick: first with almond flour, then dip into the egg wash, and finally dredge in beef panko. For extra crispiness, repeat the coating process.
