Description

Keto Steak Marinara is a quick and delectable way to turn leftover steak into a satisfying low-carb meal. This dish combines tender slices of steak with a rich marinara sauce, fresh spinach, and aromatic herbs, creating a flavorful experience that’s ready in just 12 minutes. Perfect for busy weeknights or meal prep, it’s not only delicious but also versatile—ideal over zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sliced pre-cooked steak
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic paste or 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-carb marinara sauce or tomato sauce
  • 1 cup canned diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by slicing the pre-cooked steak if necessary.
  2. In a gallon-sized freezer bag, combine the steak, onion, spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic paste, marinara sauce, and diced tomatoes. Press out air and seal the bag.
  3. Store the bag flat in the freezer until ready to cook.
  4. Thaw the bag overnight in the refrigerator. Pour contents into an Instant Pot and secure the lid with vent sealed.
  5. Pressure cook on high for 7 minutes then release pressure by venting.
  6. Serve over low-carb noodles or cauliflower rice.
